No appointment is needed to have your hearing aids checked.

Simply bring your devices to our front desk, and our team will assess the issue on the spot. Many common concerns can be resolved the same day, while more complex or intermittent issues may require up to 24 hours for thorough diagnostics. We also take time to answer your questions, explain what may be causing the issue, and ensure you feel confident in the next steps before moving forward. The goal is simple: to reduce downtime and restore your hearing as quickly as possible.

All Makes, All Models, Even Older Devices

Our in-house lab is equipped to service nearly all hearing aid brands and models, including devices that may be older or no longer under manufacturer warranty. Common issues we address include:

Genesis Shaw plays a key role in making the repair process smooth, efficient, and welcoming for every patient who walks through our doors. An Arkansas native, Genesis was born and raised in Benton County and brings a strong sense of community to her work at Blue Wave Hearing Center. At the front desk, she is often the first point of contact for walk-ins, repairs, and cleanings, offering reliable service and thoughtful problem-solving with every interaction.

Her approachable style and attention to detail help ensure that each patient feels supported from the moment they arrive. Outside of work, Genesis enjoys spending time outdoors with her furry friends, Tagger and Malcum, and is excited to share news of her recent engagement to her fiancé, Hunter.
